Like white sugar, white flour and white rice. They are the main reason behind  resistant belly fat that comes first and go away last. The list includes white bread, donut, cakes.

Look out for whole wheat and salty variety.

ALL THE CHEMICALS

Artificial food colors, flavour and preservatives including vinegar and MSG, are all toxins. They put a strain on liver and cause fatty liver on the long run.

Fatty liver with leaky gut are the basic reason of body inflammation with unexplained weight gain.

Look out for anything that is flavour enhancing. Like sauces mayonnaise ketchup salad dressings. Go green. Make some at home. There are countless, better than store brought, recipes on internet.

If your body don’t like it, it better be not good for your health. Strickly remove them from your diet. You will instantly feel healthy.

TAMPERED NATURAL PRODUCTS

Ok. They are natural, but tempered, wait for it, WITH CHEMICALS. That means they have chemicals with them.

Margarine, poly unsaturated fats, coffee whitener (it is NOT milk), Whole Nuts sprayed with antibiotics. UHT treated milk. Food produces grown with pesticides.

ALL THE DRUGS

Multivitamins are mainly factory produced chemicals. Over the counter drugs, vaccines, even mercury teeth filling are health hazards.

If you can’t avoid them, at least don’t get into the habit of drug abuse. Find alternative herbal medicines and cure from foods.

THE IDEAL SCENARIO

Go organic. Buy fruits and vegetables that are non GMO and pesticides free.

If you could go to extremes, find organic farms that don’t give hormones to their animals. So your meat, milk and eggs are all free from indirect hormones that are altering your hormone balance , thus making you sick and fat.
