Lets celebrate those food or condiment that never go out of options. Take ketchup for example, may it be burgers or roast, fries or pizza, it just manage to be a perfect match.

Same is true for this green chutney. Fries, roast, salad dressing, pullao vegetable or meat, paratha or biryani, vege kebob or shami kebob, bhaji or bhurta, this is the perfect go with every thing kinda condiment in dessi homes.

And its simple to make. No cooking, it takes only 10 minutes start to finish, that is put every thing in the blender, and WIZZ, kinda simple.

HOT GREEN YOGHURT CHUTNEY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
Yoghurt 1 cup or 250 gm
Garlic clove peeled 3-4 (I prefer fresh, paste will be also fine, just add 1 tbsp)
Cilantro chopped* 1/2 cup
Mint chopped* 1/4 cup
Onion 1/4 medium
Mild Green chilli de-seeded 4-5 ( if your chilli is really hot, take only one)
Salt to taste**
Cummin seeds( optional) a pinch
DIRECTION
Wash herbs, put every thing in blender. And WIZ, WIZ, wiz. Here you go. Piece of cake.
* Chopping up the herbs helps makes a smoother paste, if using whole, you will get threads in chutney.
** be a little light on salt with tart yoghurt because it gets salty even with a little salt.
