My weight loss journey was a horrible mess before I found this yummy, refreshing and mood  booster MY miracle smoothie.

I found it by mistake. It's actually a traditional asian tonic for patients who have weak bones. They says that it cures your calcium deficiency and fragile bones in 3 months by regular use of this smoothie ( good for osteoporosis and moms who breastfeed).

In my horrible horrible diet , I was skipping meals as much as I could, only doting on a cup of tea or coffee with cookies (it later became my comfort food). But still every thing was going wrong. The numbers on scale were getting higher, and I was left with never-ending hunger, depression, sleep loss, body inflammation, fatigue, low energy, and deshaped body. I felt so exhausted that after two-hour of wake up time I had to take break every 45 minutes. Yeah i felt so old.

I later find out that I was allergic to white flour and sugar( which most people are except that they don't know) which I was taking twice a day. The allergy was causing intestinal inflammations and tea and coffee were making it worse.

The first change I made was morning walk, not jogging not running just walk. Because of the exhaustion, I started eating big meal after walk, which totally don't make sense, So I switch to smoothie before walk. And this is the best decision I made in my life.

This smoothie is so fulling that once taken in the morning, I would feel full for full 8 hours. Some times I think that if ill take another serving it would last me whole day.

Its full of antioxidants, it increases metabolism, and shrinks fat deposits. My waist goes down by 1″ every week untill I reach 33″. After that it slows down and shrank by 1/2 inch per week (not bad either).

It cleans liver, removes toxins and improves body inflammations. Gives a healthy glow to skin. Instead of make you look like homeless ( usually most dieters do), it makes you feel like a high maintained model.

Beet smoothie

MIRACLE SMOOTHIE

Make sure your beet and carrot are fresh and young to ensure a good tasting smoothie.

INGREDIENTS

beet root 1 small about 1 1/2 inch long

Carrot 1 medium

Apple 1 medium or half large

Lemon juice  1 or half lime juice

Black salt 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

Put all things in a blender a glass of water. Wiz. wiz. wiz. Avoid sugar if you could otherwise add a tablespoon full. Pour in a pitcher with one more glass of water and plenty of ice. Yes you'll need a pitcher or some thing large. Put a straw and sip up.
