Routine have two benefits. First their body get into habit of  preparing itself for food every day at the same time, resulting in better, stronger digestive system.

Secondly, when it's not eating time, their body don't crave food, so they dont get between-the-meal-food-cravings, resulting in intermittent fasting (another bonus). Just think of their body going through deep cleaning process everyday.

2. THEY ARE NOT THE FOODIE TYPE OF PEOPLE

Because of their eating routine, they are not always thinking about food thanks to their food clock, they don't get greedy around food. Eating slowly makes them to eat less untill their appetite timer turns off .

Remember, no mater how fast or slow you eat, your appetite timer turn off at its own pace. So eating slowly really helps in eating less.

And even if they don't eat to their fullest at meal times, they dont carve more in between, because their body recognize its food hours.

3. THEY ARE DOWN TO EARTH IN THEIR FOOD CHOICES

They prefers whole grain over polished flour, homemade over processed, simple over fancy, mellow over lavishingly spiced, organic over genetically beautified.

Chemical loaded food may look and taste great, but they are not nice to your body. Homemade french fries is a better healthy choice then diet cola, trust me. So give up your lust of branded foods and be natural as you can be.

4. THEY ARE NOT SUGAR SWEET

Yeah, you may call it impossible or unbelievable, God gifted or whatever, but they are not into sweet that much. They may have an apple rather than an ice-cream tub.

5. THEY ARE EAGLE NOT VULTURE

They like to eat fresh like an eagle. They are disgusted by long shelf timer calories junkies, that are over loaded with sugar or sodium or other chemicals, to lengthen, you know, their plastic life.

Never the less, they learn to cook, and take pleasure in it. Eating fresh homemade means nutrient rich and easy on stomach. So stay away from processed food, take away, and snack foods junks.

6. THEY EAT 2 HOURS BEFORE THEY SLEEP

That's a golden rule for a good night sleep. Not so late that you need another snack and not so early that your stomach is still struggling to digest all that's in it.

7. THEY LOVE A BIG BREAKFAST

Eating two-hour before bed, make it almost 10 hours of intermittent fast. They wake up really hungry, so to break-fast, they eat the biggest meal of the day, that super charge them for the whole day.

And always remember, what you eat in breakfast is less likely to get store in your body as fat, because your metabolism is at its peak. It means your body is in the mode of breaking up the calorie to pursue you to take action, Whereas in evening when your metabolism is slowing down, it like to store it.

8. THEY EAT BUTTER EVERY DAY

They loves butter. Butter in on the bread butter on the mashed potatoes. Butter every where. Butter has more tendency to make you feel fuller for longer time. And thanks to its higher caloric value per gram, it make you feel fuller early and helps the stomach to shrink. You heard that, Small stomach, small appetite, small craving throughout the day.

9.THEY DRINK WATER LIKE A FISH

You know when you feel like eating something, 75% of the time it's just water that your body needs.

The are hard to get angry, or depressive, or impulsive. Because of their emotional stability, they have a balanced personality and tend to have big social circle.

12. THEY LOVE NATURE

They love nature more than their  screen time, to be exact. Instead of spending 10 more minutes on their phone-net, they will scroll through the streets, when they are on the way to the nearby market. They love to breathe in fresh air, have a good amount of sunshine, burn some calories.

Instead of a weekly shopping, take 2 or 3 small shopping trip, just to have some sweat running off and stretch your legs. It is a great anti depressive, mood boosting dode. Try it.
