PERFECT CHINESE ROLL WRAPPING TUTORIAL
THINGS YOU WILL NEED
Chinese roll wrappers thawed (about 6×6 inch square)
Filling (cool down) . Try my chicken tikka chinese filling.
Flour 1/3 cup mix with water to make a pancake like paste
A tea towel to cover wrappers so they wont dry out.

DIRECTIONS
Gently pull apart the wrappers and keep them covered in tea towel.
Now pick one wrapper and put down on working space so that one point is near you and opposite point is furthermost away from you, like a diamond.

Now lets us name different points of wrapper.
There is a center point or the middle point.
The North wing is the end of wrapper furthermost away from you.
Then comes the East and West wings.
And the south wing, nearest to you.
Put a tbsp full of filling between the center point and North point.

Now bring the North point on the center point.

Apply flour paste on East and West wings.
Bring these two point to the center point a little bit overlapping each other to seal the filling. Make sure the folds are perfectly straight.

Press them down firmly.
Apply paste on east and west wings again and on south wing.
Roll the filling part firmly towards the south wing. Press south wing with paste so its sticky enough to stay that way.

Tada. Your wrapping is done nicely.

Repeat till all the filling is gone.
Enjoy!
